7:00am- crew will be testing from MH E3 area today. 8:48am- after moving testing equipment to MH E2 and setting it back up; line is now on test from E2-E3. Approximately 97 min test. 10:25am- line passes air test from E2-E3. 12:20pm- line now on test from E2-E1 MH’s. Approximately 92 min test. 1:49pm- line passes air test from E2-E1. 2:19pm- vacuum testing on manholes begins at E1. It passes test. 3:04pm- MH E2 passes vacuum test. 4:24pm- MH E3 fails vacuum test. Crew will bleed off vacuum and use soap to find leak. 4:52pm- MH E3 now passes vacuum test. Loose ram-nek at lid.
