7:17am- Met with Scott Bailey this morning to go over the issues from previous phases. Crew is setting up for a test on the line from E12 to E13 this morning. 8:32am- line now on test from E12-E13. Approximately 103 min test. 10:13am- Line passes air test from E12-E13. 11:28am- MH E12 is vacuum tested and does not pass. Air leaking at casting and manhole. Crew will fix and retest. 11:41am- MH E12 now passes vacuum test. 1:55pm- line now on test from MH E14-E13. Approximately 104 min test. 3:39pm- Line passes air test from E14-E13. 4:04pm- MH E13 passes vacuum test. 4:57pm- MH E14 is getting vacuum tested now. 5:00pm- MH E14 passes vacuum test.
