Turkey Creek Ph 2 - Interceptor


7:23am- Test ball is moved to MH E44 this morning. 

7:40am- MH E43 now passes vacuum test. 

7:59am- line now on test from MH E44-E43. Approximately 43 min test. 

8:41am- line from E44-E43 passes air test. 

10:00am- line now on test from MH E44-E45. Approximately 44 min test. 

10:43am- line passes air test from E44-E45. 

12:37pm- MH E44 passes vacuum teat. 

12:56pm- MH E45 passes vacuum test. 

1:27pm- line now on test from E46-E45. Approximately 65 min test. 



2:33pm- line is just barely passing. I have asked that the lines be checked for leaks due to the drop in pressure. 

Crew spraying lines with soap. 

Leaks found within last 2’ of connections and at test ball. They will bleed off pressure in test line and make repairs. 

4:44pm- crew has now fixed hoses and they are refilling the line here at MH E46-E45. I will watch it for a bit to ensure it was the testing lines and not the sewer line. 





5:27pm- test was performed for another 35+ mins or so. No movement on the gauge to speak of. Hoses were the issue.

7:33am- crew will be testing line from E46-E47 today first thing. Test will begin shortly.  8:03am- line now on test from E46 - E47. Approximately 68 min test.  9:10am- lune passes air test from E46-E47.  9:45am- MH E46 passes vacuum test.  11:25am- crew now testing line from E48-E47. Approximately 25 min test.  12:10pm- line from E48-E47 passes air test.  12:16pm- MH E47 passes vacuum test.  1:05pm- line now on test from E48- E49. Approximately 70 min test.  2:18pm- line passes air test from E48-E49.  2:35pm- MH E48 passes vacuum test.  4:08pm- through bleeding off the air from the line test and test balls, crew is picking up on possible sewer gases. They are investigating downstream to MH E1 where the air up ball is placed to ensure it is sealed up against the pipe, thus preventing and sewer has to travel up the line.  No more testing to be done today.

7:20am- equipment will be moving back up to MH E44 area to begin line work again today.  8:68am- crew still moving materials closer to MH E44 area.   9:45am- tops and covers going on manholes previously set as they climb towards MH E44.  10:50am- now back to digging upstream of MH E44. 11:19am- 1st joint of pipe for today so far! 11:56am- 2nd joint getting gravel.  1:15pm- #3.  2:23pm- more gravel is getting moved closer to area of work.  2:41pm- 5th joint so far getting gravel.  3:31pm- digging for #7 now.  3:50pm- gravel going on #7.  5:00pm- went to lower field on Rittenhouse to look at dirt leveled out last week near MH A6. Owner not happy. Wants more work to be done says it dry enough… After driving through it.  Sent picture to FlatCreek so that they can schedule it this week hopefully.
