Ace pipe to resume camera and mandrel work today and should finish up. 
7:41am- Camera going in at MH E3 headed to E5. 

8:25am- camera is at MH E5 to pull mandrel back to E3. 

9:16am- mandrel back at E3 now. 

9:22am- camera going in at E1 to head to E3 to pull mandrel back. 

There is standing water in E1 due to the flushing of the pipe and ball being in downstream pipe to keep sewer gases from entering new line. 

9:48am- camera now at E3 to pull mandrel back to E1. 

10:30am- mandrel is between E2 and E1 manholes and has become stuck. Crew tried to pull it back, but to no avail. 
I have contacted FlatCreek for assistance in getting mandrel out. 
12:32pm- mandrel now at MH E1 from E3. Some sandy grit had mandrel stopped and FlatCreek crew went in pipe and dislodged it. 

All line testing now completed.

7:33am- crew will be testing line from E46-E47 today first thing. Test will begin shortly.  8:03am- line now on test from E46 - E47. Approximately 68 min test.  9:10am- lune passes air test from E46-E47.  9:45am- MH E46 passes vacuum test.  11:25am- crew now testing line from E48-E47. Approximately 25 min test.  12:10pm- line from E48-E47 passes air test.  12:16pm- MH E47 passes vacuum test.  1:05pm- line now on test from E48- E49. Approximately 70 min test.  2:18pm- line passes air test from E48-E49.  2:35pm- MH E48 passes vacuum test.  4:08pm- through bleeding off the air from the line test and test balls, crew is picking up on possible sewer gases. They are investigating downstream to MH E1 where the air up ball is placed to ensure it is sealed up against the pipe, thus preventing and sewer has to travel up the line.  No more testing to be done today.

7:11am- Crew is back today to lat more pipe and get MH E40 set.  8:33am- 2 joints have now been placed this morning.  10:03an- 5 joints now placed and digging for MH E40 is next.  11:10am- grade is checked at MH E40. 2” low.  11:50am- MH E40 is now tied to line with a 12’ piece of pipe.  Line is lamped back to E39.   This picture is from MH E39 looking downstream to MH E38 today. I forgot to post it yesterday.  1:57pm- 1st joint placed upstream of E40 now.  3:34pm- 3rd joint upstream of E40 almost ready to go in for a total of 10 joints so far today.  4:29pm- joint 11 goes in.  5:05pm- high rock is encountered. Jack hammer will be put on for first thing in the morning.
