3439_Turkey Creek PH2 Interceptor

7:40am- crew moving equipment back up to MH E46 area to begin laying pipe again. Pretty muddy though…excavator will knock down the mud humps to allow us up to site from MH E35 area.  8:09am- finally up to MH 45 area. Equipment will clear ditch line and continue to dig onto MH E46 today.  8:24am- some cleaning in around pipe has to be done.  10:07am- 1st joint going in now.  10:39am- 2nd joint gets placed.  11:15am- 3rd.  11:48am- #4. MH E46 will be dug out next.  12:45pm- digging for MH E46 now.  2:01pm- MH E46 going in with. 7’ piece of pipe to connect to the 5th joint laid today.  3:57pm- Joint placed out of MH E46 now and cap installed. Crew will pick up and call it a day. 

7:30am- MH E33 will finish getting wrapped and strapped today.  7:40am- more grouting to continue at MH E15.  8:43am- MH E15 done.  8:58am- MH E33 getting finished up.  10:02am- more grout is brought to MH E32 area.  11:54am- crews are calling it a day due to the continuing rain. Pipe is supposed to be here today and get unloaded though at the end of Carlton Rd. 

7:17am- crew will finish up here at MH E10 and move on up-to E11.  8:04am- crew now at E11.  8:29am- picture of property line at Rittenhouse and Capital (Journagan). Some views of on going cleanup on Tinker.  9:17am- MH E11 done.  11:00am- now at MH E12.  11:50am- done at E12.  12:45pm- now at E13.  2:17pm- MH E13 now done.  3:42pm- working on E14.  4:33pm- MH E14 now done. Crew will pick up tools and restock supplies to round out their day. 

7:14am- crew is back at MH E6 to continue with grouting.  9:10am- after some debris was removed from MH E6 side crew jumped to grout E7.  9:56am- cleaning more debris from lune at MH E6 again.  11:54am- MH E6 now grouted.  12:43pm- Survey is onsite staking Rittenhouse property lines.  2:43pm- crew working on MH E8 now.  4:14pm- crew now working at MH E10.  4:46pm- MH E10 will round out the day. 

6:57am- crew will be only grouting manholes today starting back at MH E1 this morning. Hydraulic cement will be unloaded here first.  8:25am- crew now at E1 to begin grouting.  8:42am- E1 upstream pipe now grouted. Flowline and pipe out was previously grouted on Ph 1.  8:53am- now at E2. Crew will continue grouting and I will inspect rest of their work on Monday. I will be offsite rest of the day. 

7:21am- crew will get MH E21 set up for a vacuum test first thing this morning.  7:37am- MH E21 passes vacuum test.  8:49am- MH E23 passes vacuum test.  9:14am- line now on test from MH E24-E23. Approximately 101min test.  9:30am-1:00pm- met with Brad (TCRSD), Scott (FlatCreek), Terry Snowden and Tom head to look at issues with Ph1 & Ph 2. Scott has a list of things he states will be taken care of.  11:17am- line passes air test from MH E24-E23.  2:17pm- line now on test from MH E24-E25.  Approximately 87 min test.  3:00pm- more grouting to continue now.  3:40pm- MH E19 almost finished with grout.  3:50pm- line passes air test from MH E24-E25.  4:47pm- crew will move some equipment around to round out the day. A look at some cleanup on hill.
